We recommend shaking the bottle gently before pouring, so the richness of the Mānuka honey disperses through the bottle.

The Tasting Experience
Place the gift box in a special place: admire its beauty, hand-crafted just for you.
Gently remove the bottle from the box. Take note of the rich, golden earthy colours in the liqueur and the opaque layer settled at the bottom – this is pure Mānuka honey.
Shake gently to disperse the honey evenly, then remove the lid.
Decant approximately 20ml into a small liqueur glass. Lift the glass to your nose: breathe the aroma of pure Mānuka honey: deep toasted caramel, earthy and complex.
Taste the liqueur: take a few drops onto your tongue. Let it sit as the flavours expand and unfold.

We are a small New Zealand business with a tiny team of two, based in Taupō, North Island, New Zealand.
The pristine, high altitude landscape where our Mānuka honey is produced was the food basket of our ancestors.
